Garden Vegetable Herb Dip

1 16 ounce container low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix

Place cottage in cheese in blender and cover.  Puree until the consistency of sour cream.  Place in mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well, cover and chill.  Serve with fresh, raw vegetables.

(this recipe  tastes like sour cream dip but with much fewer calories and higher protein per serving)
