Middleburg Heights Big Creek Run 5k

6 of our Middleburg Heights Campers joined Coach Kim in a 5k run on Sunday, May 13th. For most of the girls, this was their first road race. Everyone met their "personal goals" and had a GREAT time.

We are currently forming teams for this year's marathon relay on September 29, 2007. If you are interested in joining us or would like more info, please e-mail Coach Kim @ kimberlyhand@aol.com.
No experience is necessary...just bring a good attitude. It's all about your personal best. We can also provide training materials/advice to help you get ready.
We are planning on running some more races this summer and would love to have others join us! If you are interested, please let either Debi or Kim know and we will get you the information on the upcoming races.
p.s., if you think your too old to run, Edie (one of the runners) will turn 60 this July and she placed 2nd in her age group!!). Maybe it's time to "step outside the box" and try something new. Hope to see you at the races!!
