THINK PINK !!!
As part of their "women helping women" philosophy, Debi's Personal Training Backyard Boot camp is holding a "PINK" Boot Camp to raise funds and awareness for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
"Since October is 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month' and 'pink' is the honorary color, we've decided to host PINK Boot Camps on 5 separate dates. We are excited that FOX TV 8's 'Kickin' it with Kenny Krumpton will be helping us kick it off on October 17"

PINK Boot Camp will be a complete wellness event, including education and activities in these areas:
Exercise
Nutrition
Yoga
Reiki
Ionic Detox
Massage Therapy
Angel Therapy
and Aromatherapy

The dates for these events are as follows:
October 17 (5:45am - 9:30am) - Middleburg Heights Community Recreation Center on Bagley Road.
FOX TV 8's, Kenny Krumpton will be helping us to kick this boot camp off live on the air.

October 25 (5:30am, 9:30am, and 6:30pm) - Debi's Wellness Center, LaGrange
1hour camp + "extras". 3 times to choose from!!!
November 1 "SeniorFit" (2:00pm - 3:00pm) - VFW, Grafton
October 28 "Family Fest" (8am - 10am) - Debi's "Original" Backyard Boot Camp Obstacle Course, LaGrange
This boot camp will have a family theme, including a contest of "How pink can you go?" and many other family activities.
October 30 (5:30am - 7am) - Avon Lake, Old Firehouse Community Center
November 1 (9:30-10:30am) - Avon Lake, Old Firehouse Community Center
All camps will have an optional obstacle course, all activities at all camps will be "modifiable" to ones fitness level.
