
EXCELLENT PROTEIN PANCAKES

4 Egg Whites + 1 Whole Egg
½ Cup Raw Oatmeal (can be steel cut oats)
½ Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop (1/4 cup) Vanilla Protein Powder
Cinnamon, spices & vanilla to tasteBlend with mixer or blender or hand
Cook in olive oil, as cook pancakes
Makes 4-5 Large Pancakes
