Diane's Delicious Herbalife
Dessert
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Honey
about 1/4 cup water
2 cups Corn Flakes or Rice Crispies
2 cups Formula 1 or High Protein Low-Carb Herbalife
Powder - Vanilla
3/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
Topping:
2 12 ounce containers Fat Free Cool Whip
1 package Philly Cream Cheese - Fat Free or 1/3 less
fat
1/4 cup (or to taste) Formula 1 or HIgh Protein Low
Carb Herbalife Powder -
Chocolate
about 1/2 cup MIni Chocolate Chips
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and
water. Mix well. Add cereal until coated. This all
mixes well with a rubber spatula. Then add Vanilla Formula 1
until well mixed. Lastly, knead in oats. You may want to
add just a little more water at this point. Just enough to
moisten the oats to mix it in with your "dough". This mixture
will be quite firm.
In a 9 x 13 inch pan, press out the mixture until it forms
a level crust. I find that putting a piece of waxed paper over it
is a cleaner and smoother way to press it out. Then I use the
rubber spatula to even it out a little more. Cover and place in
fridge while you make the topping.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together Cool Whip, Philly
Cream Cheese, and Chocolate Formula 1 to taste. After well mixed,
stir in mini chocolate chips. Spread over crust. Garnish
with a few morsels sprinkled on top and Choc. Formula 1 sifted lightly
over top.
**Notes: Use 1/2 the ingredients for an 8 x 8" pan.
Also, a 2 x 2" square is one serving of your shake.
You can try switching the vanilla and chocolate flavors around or using
all
chocolate or all vanilla.
Or just make the crust for a healthier snack w/choc. or vanilla.
ENJOY!!
