Parmesan Crisps
Ingredients:
1 cup SHREDDED parmesan cheese
1T paprika and/or any other SALT-FREE seasoning
Directions:
Mix together and place 1 tablespoon about 4-5 inches apart on parchment paper (or greased cookie sheet). Lightly flatten each one and bake at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 16 chips. Use in place of potato chips, on your salad, with salsa or with soup.
