Sharon Substanley (age 58) - You have made "getting fit" FUN for me. I used to hate Phys. Ed. In High School. Also, I was a big "goody" eater; ice cream, cookies, chips, candy bars! I was also a chronic nap taker, I was lethargic, not motivated, your exercise program, due to your bubbly personality,, knowledge & variety has made a difference, (finally!) for me!

I lost inches, gained muscle tone, strength & energy! No longer constantly tired or constipated and I'm cutting way back on snacks. Drink Herbalife Green Tea, eat a protein bar when I feel hungry & I take those little yellow tablets at night to help with evening snack cravings.

Lisa Ann Fultineer - Not only did I make it! That was one of the best aerobic class's I have ever been too! Holly is Excellent teacher.
